Eighth successive ‘Quality Systems’ audit passed

In January 2020 Croylek was audited by SGS and successfully passed the ISO 9001:2015 V3 surveillance audit with zero nonconformities. This marks our eighth successive quality systems audit with zero nonconformities.

We ensure that Quality is our business as part of a desire to deliver industry leading customer service. Croylek adopts the principles of Continuous Improvement through:

2. Learning from our mistakes
3. Taking robust corrective action

This helps us in our efforts to maintain a no-blame culture.

Our ongoing commitment to our Quality Management System is also demonstrated through our implementation of a fully electronic system over the past three years. The developments we have made through using Dynamics CRM and SharePoint have led to huge reductions in our quality administration and has helped push us towards our goal of becoming paperless.

Our small team of trained internal auditors is another example of our commitment to Quality, in making sure we proactively review our performance, and identify areas in which we can progress further in our vision of becoming the trusted supplier and partner.
