UK Shipping

Our delivery service is provided by our courier partner ParcelForce and are shipped from our warehouse the next working day after all orders placed before 2pm UK time.
*Deliveries to the Highlands, Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight will take 3-5 working days.
*Certain orders may be subject to additional charges. These include SRBP, SRBF and Switch Matting due to weight and size. *Prices are Excluding VAT

As a registered user, orders can be tracked from dispatch through to delivery via Parcel Tracking

Using the tracking ID provided, you can keep up-to-date with your parcel using the ParcelForce website.

Alternative Delivery Address

During the checkout process, you can change your delivery address any time before the payment stage. You can select a saved address from the drop-down list or click on 'New Address' from the drop-down list and complete the relevant fields.

Signature

When goods are delivered, a signature will be required as POD (Proof of Delivery). Without a signature, the courier will be unable to leave the goods. Instead, a card will be left on the premises by the courier and delivery can be rescheduled.
