Description

This tape exhibits excellent handling characteristics and will ‘bed down’ readily on hand taping. This type of product is used in a wide range of electrical equipment and is often employed in Class F (150°C) rotating machines where an impregnated varnish or resin enhances the thermal ageing characteristics of the yarn.

Exposure at high temperatures will result in a linear shrinkage which can be utilised to consolidate base insulation and improve space factor.
