International clients usually arrange their own collection for a date we will supply when the goods will have been prepared, packaged, and readied for collection
If you don't have an account with a shipper, we are happy to arrange delivery for you. Call us on 020 8668 1481 or email us with your order and delivery address for a quote
Online orders for delivery outside of the UK do not include the shipping price - it will show as free at checkout
Once placed, we will determine the weight and volume of your order to determine the cost of shipping; this payment may be made online or by phone
We ship to clients internationally on a daily basis, contact us to arrange logistics and discuss your international shipping options.

Free next day UK delivery for (most) orders over £350 when ordered before 2pm on business days
Deliveries to the Highlands, Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight will take 3-5 working days
£9.95 delivery charge for UK orders below £350
Long length products: cable trunking and sheet materials, are subject to 48 hour UK delivery
Pallet shipping: some products cost more to ship including SRBP, SRBF and switch matting due to weight and size; pallet shipping will show as the delivery option at checkout
Deliveries to the Highlands, Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight will take 3-5 working days
Delivery is provided by our courier partner ParcelForce and are shipped from our warehouse in Coulsdon.
Registered users can track orders from dispatch through to delivery via the ParcelForce website
Alternative Delivery Address: During the checkout process, you can change your delivery address any time before the payment stage. You can select a saved address from the drop-down list or click on 'New Address' from the drop-down list and complete the relevant fields.
Signature: When goods are delivered, a signature will be required as proof of delivery. Without a signature, the courier will not leave the goods. Instead, a card will be left on the premises by the courier and delivery can be rescheduled.
