£12 Next day UK delivery for (most) orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday, and before 12pm on Fridays *
Processed parts like tapes cut to order or cables/sleeving cut to length require time to process - delivery times will be advised
Delivery is provided by our courier partner Parcelforce and orders are shipped from our warehouse in Coulsdon. Registered users can track orders from dispatch through to delivery via the Parcelforce website
Signature required: Without a signature, the courier will not leave the goods. Instead, a card will be left on the premises by the courier and delivery can be rescheduled.
* Long length products: cable trunking and sheet materials, are subject to 48 hour UK delivery
* Pallet shipping: due to weight and/or size, some products cost more to ship including but not limited to: SRBP, SRBF, and switch matting. For relevant items 'Pallet Shipping' will show as the delivery option at checkout
* Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, and the Isle of Wight will take 3-5 working days

Online orders for delivery outside of the UK do not include the shipping price - it will show as free at checkout.
Once placed, we will determine the weight and volume of your order to determine the cost of shipping; this payment may be made online or by phone
Our international clients usually arrange their own collection for a date we supply when the goods are prepared, packaged, and ready for collection
