Registration for the Croylek Store is easy. Registered users have access to a range of benefits such as:
Click on the Register link on the top banner of the site, then click 'Create an Account' and follow the instructions on the screen.
Once registered, you will have full access to your Account Dashboard where you can edit/update your information.
Please note that you can also register during checkout and still have access to the registration benefits. Alternatively, you can choose to checkout as a guest; however, you will not receive the benefits.
Navigating the Croylek Store is very easy and finding your product(s) can be done in two ways:
During the ordering process, two things are required before your product(s) can be added to your shopping basket.
Once on the product page, you will need to select a colour (some products on the Croylek Store are only available in one colour) and a size.
Added information such as Product Description, Features and Benefits, Application, Material Data and the Technical Table are available to you, in order to assist in your decision-making process. High-quality imagery is also used to display the product.
Once the decision is made, the product(s) can be added to your shopping basket.
Prior to entering the checkout process, you can view the contents of your shopping basket and view your grand total (including VAT). At this stage, you will be able to amend the product quantity by clicking ‘Update Cart’ or choose to remove products from your basket.
Once the amendments are made, you’re ready to checkout.
You will be required to complete the relevant fields such as billing/shipping information. During the payment stage, you will be required to enter your payment information over a secure and encrypted server provided by Barclaycard. Depending on your credit/debit card type and your issuing bank, you may be prompted to enter your 3D Secure password.
If 3D Secure is not set up or are having issues, you may need to contact your bank or building society who will certainly provide the assistance you require.
If successful, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed online.
