Alternatively, you can call us on 020 8668 1481 and speak to a member of our team. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. A case will be opened and a member of our team will be tasked with dealing with your query. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card.
